Our Cross Train program is designed for at-home settings, meaning you can fit it into your schedule with ease. Have a little bit of time in the morning before you rush off? Get your brain pumping. Have time when you arrive home? Unwind with a well-earned workout session.

 

Embarking on a cross-training workout program also requires minimal equipment. Do you have Wi-Fi, dumbbells, and a timer on hand? Perfect. You’re ready to get skyrocketing. If you don’t have these, it’s not a hassle to get your hands on what you need. Find dumbbells at your local sports store and use the timer on your phone!

Our program is divided into 4 “Cross Training Workouts of the Day”. These are:

WOD 1 – 5x5x5: 5 Rounds. 5 Reps. 5 Exercises. Hop onto the rollercoaster and push yourself from the word go.

WOD 2 – AMRAP: It is time to test and build up your endurance. Do as many reps as you possibly can in the span of ten minutes. Are you up to the challenge?

WOD 3 – Core QuadSet: Let’s work your core for 4 Moves. 45 Seconds each. You’re a beast and you know it. Time to prove it to everyone else!

WOD 4 – Tabata (push): 20 seconds of limit-testing push moves. 8 times. 4 minutes. Are you ready to pump iron like you never have before?
