#04Â Baggage Cabbages
“If you carry your past like cabbages, don't be surprised when life starts to stink.”
We all carry emotional baggage—childhood wounds, cultural conditioning, poverty consciousness, guilt, shame, or fears we've picked up along the way. If we didn’t, we’d be saints like Buddha or Jesus. The point isn’t to avoid baggage—it’s to transcend it.
In this playful yet powerful workshop, we liken these invisible burdens to cabbages stuffed in a sack we drag through life. At first, they may seem manageable. But over time, they rot—affecting our energy, charisma, and ability to connect.
These “cabbages” distort how we communicate, erode confidence, and block manifestation. They shape how we see the world and how the world sees us.
This session is not about blaming the past. It’s about recognizing that carrying the same burdens repeatedly is a choice, not a destiny. Whether it’s inherited beliefs or internalized pain, you’ll learn how to spot, release, and rise above them.
Let’s lighten the load—not with guilt, but with grace.
